Our brake rotors
Our brake discs are designed and developed specifically for each individual vehicle, without one-size-fits-all solutions or generic adaptations. We use only high-quality materials, selected to ensure thermal resistance, dimensional stability, and long-lasting durability. The result is a precise, reliable product designed for those who demand solid performance, both on the road and on the track.
Bells in Ergal 7075 T6
The most important part of the detachable discs are the bells, allowing us to adapt the braking surfaces to every car and every need. Our bells are made exclusively from Ergal 7075 T6, designed for the motorsport world, to ensure durability and resistance, and are crafted with quality and precision. Customization in anodizing color:
- Yellow
- Orange
- Red
- Blue
- Black
- Natural
Brake bands
The other important part of the split discs is the braking surface. We use only high-quality surfaces.
They can be produced by us or by major brands (AP Racing, Alcon, Tarox, Brembo Racing, etc.)
Personalization
Each disc is designed to perfectly fit your car model, with slotted, vented, and floating kit options. Braking systems can vary greatly, which is why each disc requires complete custom design to perfectly fit the desired application. They can be compatible with racing calipers and oversized kits, for maximum performance and safety.
FEM analysis
At ProTech Engineering, we use FEM analysis to verify and optimize each component. This technology allows us to simulate:
- Mechanical stresses during braking
- Distribution of forces between the braking band and the bell
- Stress concentration points
3D prototyping
Thanks to rapid prototyping with 3D printing, we can validate shapes, dimensions and functionality before final production.
This approach allows us to test every adapter, bracket, or modification directly on the car, reducing development time and minimizing the risk of errors.
Prototyping provides a tangible preview of the final product, which can be handled, assembled, and inspected.
From initial CAD design to physical validation via 3D printing: a complete process dedicated to meeting every need.
