Our brake rotors
Sports brake discs and braking components specifically designed and developed for each individual vehicle: plug-and-play solutions for your car.
We exclusively use the highest quality materials to create racing brake discs and high-performance braking systems, selected to ensure maximum thermal resistance, dimensional stability, and durability. The result is a precise and reliable product, designed for those seeking sports brakes and concrete performance, both in heavy road use and on the track.
We develop racing brakes and discs dedicated to your sports car, bringing significant improvements in braking without the need for any structural modifications.
Bells in Ergal 7075 T6
The most important part of the detachable discs are the bells, allowing us to adapt the braking surfaces to every car and every need. Our bells are made exclusively from Ergal 7075 T6, designed for the motorsport world, to ensure durability and resistance, and are crafted with quality and precision. Customization in anodizing color:
- Yellow
- Orange
- Red
- Blue
- Black
- Natural
Brake bands
Protech brake rings always use European-sourced, high-carbon lamellar cast iron castings.
Available in 2 different qualities:
- Standard (sporty road use - track day)
- Racing (intensive track day use - track) (not available for all models)
All available with three different grooving types (view types).
In addition to the rings we produce, it is possible to use rings from major brands upon request (AP Racing, Brembo Racing)
Personalization
Each disc is designed to fit your car model perfectly, with no modifications needed, and options for grooving, ventilation, and floating kits. Braking systems can vary greatly, which is why each disc requires a complete custom design to perfectly suit the desired application. They can be compatible with racing calipers and oversized kits, to always achieve maximum performance and safety.
FEM analysis
At ProTech Engineering, we use FEM analysis to verify and optimize each component. This technology allows us to simulate:
- Mechanical stresses during braking
- Distribution of forces between the braking band and the bell
- Stress concentration points
3D prototyping
Thanks to rapid prototyping with 3D printing, we can validate shapes, dimensions and functionality before final production.
This approach allows us to test every adapter, bracket, or modification directly on the car, reducing development time and minimizing the risk of errors.
Prototyping provides a tangible preview of the final product, which can be handled, assembled, and inspected.
From initial CAD design to physical validation via 3D printing: a complete process dedicated to meeting every need.
